Only the sidebar. Toolbar etc okay.

Done:

Refresh Complete reinstall including trashing all Firefox files and directories.

Problem persists.

Temporary Solution:

Turning Firefox notifications on if they are off or off if they are on restores the sidebar to return to full speed.

Problem also occurs in safe mode.
