What happened to "Account Colors Options" in the Tools menu?

On my desktop computer running Windows 7, I recall having downloaded a feature for Thunderbird to choose colors. It is retained by any updates. It is called "Account Colors Options". I'd like to do the same for Thunderbird on my Window10 laptop. However, when I search Mozilla Support, the answers given are all non-related to my search terms. Where do I find it? And why do searches under Thunderbird and Firefox always bring up extraneous subjects that have absolutely nothing to do with my search question. And when will someone remove all outdated answers for versions that are different from the current version?

Many thanks for your help. I'd like to throttle the original designer/website developer/engineer/executive or whomever that decided to choose light color type on a glaring white background as the most suitable.
