HI, the crashing is happening in your Video Card Drivers as there are errors. Please update or reinstall them : adapterDescription: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 driverDate: 2-22-2013 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Google Maps is very video intensive and with the amount of errors you are having issues that is the reason.

Please also go here Options --> General --> Performance and turn off Video Card Acceleration. Note : you will have to untick the box that says : Use Recommended Performance Settings to see Hardware Acceleration.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

hi

I updated the driver like you suggested as well as checked about hardware acc - which was already set correctly. Re-tested and it still crashed. Any other suggestions?

Hi, just to be sure you removed the check mark from Hardware Acceleration is that correct ?

It was not checked so I did not have to uncheck it.
