Are you certain this 'Invoice' is a real invoice which you expected ? I only ask because I get plenty of bogus invoices :)

Are you talking about a pdf attachment ? Is the invoice in the actual email content ?

Have you tried reading the email in plain text?

Have you tried selecting other text encoding ? 'Menu icon ' > 'View' > 'Text encoding' try 'Unicode' or 'Western' or 'Central European'

It looks like the euro sign or letters EUR have been incorrectly encoded.
