Facebook image upload not working in FF Quantum

When trying to upload an image in Facebook I get the oops something happened message. When it refers me to the old uploader, that works. It also works when using an older version of Firefox.

It does not work with cookies enabled and Firefox loaded with all add-ons disabled. Neither does upgrading Flash solve the problem.

Using or not using my VPN also does not seem to make a difference.

Where is the setting in the new Quantum (58.02 - 32bit) that will fix this problem?
