After I downloaded Firefox the next step was "hold down 'control' while clicking in the window and select eject 'Firefox'" which I did however the little pop-up window didn't offer that option. Instead it said: "Back, Reload page, Open in Dashboard, Save Page As, Print Page" and I'm not certain that this actually has anything to do with the download. What shall I do?

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

Never ever have heard Eject Firefox before, nothing to do with downloading. There is no special install for a Mac so something is wrong. You click on the download and it open and then can double click yo install or open download folder. But I guess there is. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac and though old : http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installing_Firefox
