Quantum has convinced me to come back to my all time favorite browser after quite some time. From what I've gathered, it is possible to enable or disable the title bar on Windows, but it is enabled by default on Linux or at least Debian which I am currently using. I know there used to be an add-on to solve this but it doesn't work anymore. Is there another way to do it? Is it a feature at all? If not, are there any plans to implement it as an option on Linux too? Because it's eating up much needed space.

This is currently being worked on in the devopment version of Firefox (see a picture here: https://twitter.com/makoto_kato/status/931171144710873089 ). As far as I know, this will probably be released in Firefox 59, although that may change.

You can download and use the development version of firefox (Firefox Nightly) from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/ , but be aware that it is less stable than release versions.

@user1929 Thank you for your input. Nice to know that it is indeed going to be implemented in later versions.
