Ought to be a means by which when you open Firefox, you get a notice that you have saved tabs, would you like to View them or Clear them.

I don't know of a way to view or clear the current list of pending links in Firefox for Android.

However, you can turn off the "tab queue" feature:

menu > Settings > General > Tab queue
