hi, are you a user of microsoft's Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit by any chance? we have seen similar reports by other EMET users as well, apparently it's the SEHOP policy in the tool that causes these issues

please take a look in the list of installed software in the windows control panel and remove it in case it does show up there anyway...
