The Bank denied any fault in their software. The Bank advised me to delete my cache & cookies. I did this, without success. I also checked NUMLOCK with & without the numbers keypad - without success. I then used MS Edge as my browser and it worked OK. It therefore looks as though the fault is with Mozilla Firefox or its settings. Any suggestions?
