Why won't Firefox allow me to select which CAC certificate to use (Redhat 6)?

Typically when using Firefox to log-in to CAC enabled websites it will first ask me which certificate on the CAC card I would like to use. However, when using the latest Firefox available for Redhat 6.5 the browser automatically defaults to the first certificate available on the CAC and does not provide the standard dialog box which would allow me to choose a specific cert. I have gone into the advanced settings and viewed the certficates and it lists the 3 that available (including the one that I need). Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any way to force firefox to default to the "correct" certificate. Also, yes I have "When a server requests my personal certificate:" set to "ask me every time" and I have already cleared my history to remove any previously used certificates.
