Isisombululo esikhethiwe

You are using the 32bit version of Firefox. Forum software detects you user agent string as

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0

WOW64 indicates it is 32bit on a 64bit machine. The 32 bit version is normal for Windows users.

There is now a 64bit version available but that is not offered by default and will restrict the plugins you will be able to use.

The information can be seen from the troubleshooting information page

Keying into the addressbar about:support is the quick method of getting that.

Windows users downloading from www.mozilla.org will get the 32-bit Firefox so if you want the 64-bit (Win64) Firefox go to the Systems &Languages link below in the green download box which is www.mozila.org/firefox/all/

To run Win64 Firefox you need 64-bit Windows 7, 8 (8.1), 10.
