Import Outlook 2013 emails
I'm attempting to switch to Thunderbird (38.5.1) from Outlook 2013 and I can't seem to get the Thunderbird import function to work. My OS is Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit.
If I try the import function, the Outlook option is greyed out. I've tried to Import Everything, as well as a selective import of just the Emails. I've tried running both applications at the same time, or just Thunderbird, and that doesn't help either. I have been able to read the latest new files from the server, so Thunderbird is set up correctly, but I can't get access to my existing Outlook folders, contacts, etc.
I had a look at the previous questions like mine, and the support reply mentioned something about an English 3.1 update? Does this apply to Thunderbird version 38.5.1? If so, could you please provide me with the English 3.1 link so that I can get Thunderbird operational. Thanks!

Well now you know why the import was disabled. We will just have to go back further in time.
Try V17 is was before the crashes started I think.

Thanks for the reply Matt!
I tried the V31 download, and after completing the install, I attempted to import my Outlook 2013 Emails. This time the Outlook option was not greyed out, however the process crashed before it was able to import anything. I filled out the crash report, and tried rebooting my PC. I then tried the import process once more. Thunderbird again crashed at the beginning of the import process.
Any other ideas on what I can do?
