Can't browse sync webpage

more options

I installed Firefox 42 on my new computer and now I want to sync all settings with my Firefox account. However, I cannot see the log-in interface when I click on "Get started" from "Sync" tab in "Option" menu (see picture).

What is the problem of my browser/system? Any reply would be appreciated.

Assuming that you already have a Sync account and your other (or older) device was connected to Sync, see this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-sync-my-computer#w_connect-additional-devices-to-sync

Thank you for your information.

Of course, I've already had a Sync account, and I'm trying to reach to "sign-in" page of Sync.

The problem is after I clicked on "Get started" button on "Welcome to Sync" page, it just showed a blank page without any boxes for signing-in (see images).

My new device has already installed the latest version of Java and .Net Framework. Firewall was also turned off.

You're using the Menu Panel item for entry.

Are you able to load this "Page"? about:preferences#sync If so, use the Sign In button. an alternate path inside Firefox

Hopefully that will work for you. Beyond that, until I create a new Profile I'm not sure I can help you much further. I was helping another Sync user last week and while explaining login and disconnect features (repeatedly doing disconnect and login) - I broke something. I have lost the Sync menu-item in the Menu Panel and have to "enter thru that 'back-door'" menu-item.

edit: whoops - You aren't blocking 3rd-party cookies, are you?

Thank you for your replying.

I tried to entry with the case you've recommended; and the result, unfortunately, was the same with that of using Menu panel.

I also allowed 3rd-party cookies, however, there was no change.

Sorry, that's all I got. Have to wait for a contributor who has "different hours" than we do.
