Isisombululo esikhethiwe

Which ever Windows you are using find the directions to show your Hidden Files. In 10 you open explore and click the view tab. You will find a check box in the ribbon. Check the box. DO NOT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT VIEW THESE FILES. The one exception is right click on PROFILES and select copy. I created a sub-folder in Documents and named it Firefox. Open that folder and right click in the blank space and select paste. You now have a backup copy of your which profile. Backups are stored in that File. This is what the address of the folder should look like:

"C:\Documents and Settings\XXXX\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles", where XXXX is your user name.

When you reload Firefox the profile should remain intact. But if something goes wrong you have a backup. Hope this helps
