Hi, (sorry for my bad english): I have Firefox Mozilla on a Windows XP. Since today (22/12/15) it has crashed every time I run the program, even in Safe Mode. I tried to update it, to update windows, to uninstall and to reinstall mozilla, but the problem remains. I have AVG antivirus and it reports no virus. My last crash report is bp-99689b9e-58d6-4a64-86c6-9b7772130917. I hope that my request will be answered, if it won't, I will continue to use Google Chrome as browser. Thanks, goodbye.

hi, this is just a guess, but in case you have nvidia's network access manager or forceware network manager software installed, please go into your system control panel and uninstall it (or go there and have look if it is listed there, if you're unsure about this).
