With Thunderbird's new changes I can not log into my account.
My user name is accurate. My password should be accurate. I've asked for a password reset twice, but I've not received it. Yes, the backup email address is accurate. What do I do now? And this appears to be the only way to get an answer, so it'll have to come from you the users, rather then the people that wrote the program.

Well as it is fellow users and write the progrma as well, do not feel so cheated.
Look in the error console. Tools menu (alt+T) > Error Console and see if there are errors like I discuss here http://thunderbirdtweaks.blogspot.com.au/2015/07/logjam-and-thunderbird.html
