tabs looks weird - duplicated icons ?
Recently getting weird ( duplicated ) icons on my tabs. I tried to look for malware, spyware - nothing.
I have the latest version of FF 37.0.1 and I don't have McAfee DLL add-on.
It's very annoying, pls help :)

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

i would try disabling addons and restart Firefox, some addon might be the cause? Also enabling FF Sync (search it) and then reinstalling firefox and enabling Sync on newly installed firefox (FF)
thx for quick reply, after starting browser without addons ( in kind of safe mode ), everything is ok, but when I only disable addons and start browser in normal way, issue still exists
