I am on a laptop with Windows 7 running 35.0.1. I am not sure what other info you may need. This has been happening for a long time now, but Youtube is now forcing HTML5 video playback, so it is now a bigger issue. This is only for firefox and only on HTML5 video.

The video has severe vertical tear, and actually appears to jump back a few hundred milliseconds every half second or so. What can I do to fix this?

EDIT: Looks like updating my graphic drivers did the trick. Easy fix.
