Problem: I can't get any HTML5 media to play. I have the VLC plugin installed, media plays in neither either safe mode nor regular mode. Flushed cache, hard resets, dns cache clearing, nothing has gotten them to play.

(yes, noscript is installed, only statcounter and a few other tracker sites are disabled, and media didn't play with it disabled anyways.)
