Hi sanatankumarsahu,

Skype is currently not available in the Firefox Marketplace. Making an application available depends only on the developers creating a version that is compatible with HTML5 and the Open Web.

Video calling is currently not available on Firefox OS, but there is ongoing work to make this possible natively on Firefox OS and web browsers through WebRTC technologies:
