Is this Firefox 64bit Site Ligitimate
Using a Google search I found: http://www.firefox64bit.com/
I was looking for a 64bit version of Firefox for my brand new, custom built, Win7 64it rig.
So, is the above site legitimate and Mozilla approved?

From my understanding only a 64-bit Linux version is supported by Mozilla. The link you provided should be downloaded at your own risk.
That is not to say that it isn't a safe download - Firefox is an open source project so others are free to create their own versions, such as a 64-bit variant. For example, Waterfox (64-bit browser) and Comodo IceDragon are based on Mozilla Firefox. They are just not supported by Mozilla and are maintained by third party developers.
EDIT: I just want to mention that a 32-bit Firefox installation will still run fine, and can be downloaded here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Or if you need a different localization: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

64-bit Firefox from Mozilla is only for Linux and combined 32/64-bit for Mac OSX. There is no Win64 Firefox releases from Mozilla.
What that site links to is just a random Nightly development channel build as it is currently 35.0a1.
I say random because you do not know what build date it is without installing it and because the Nightly (and Aurora) channel gets checkins each day so there they get a update each of those days. If you want to test it then get it from Mozilla to sure it is clean as Mozilla does not post any builds of random download sites such as softsea dot com. I do sugest you have separate installs and separate Profiles and not share with Release.
As for 64-bit Linux get it from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and not from that site.
