Firefox uses full Bandwidth. Yet very slow to load pages.
I use Firefox from the time I'm introduced to computer, 10-12years. This is my fav browser, its just a stable one. I've updated to Firefox 32.0, then the problem started. Firefox utilizes full bandwidth, yet pages load very slow, sometimes 7-12 secs. Sometimes page doesn't load at all. But in the past, as soon as i hit enter, the page used to load in fraction of a second.
I traced out few things, I opened the resource monitor, under the network activity, I saw many processes with name Firefox. Data comes from many random addresses. But I don't think this might be the problem. Because even chrome seems to be doing these many processes every time. The difference as I observed was there are many process in Firefox than chrome. But Firefox adds up many more. Are these unwanted ? If so, how did they come in the show ? and How to end those ? [PLEASE VIEW THE JPEG ATTACHED IN COMMENTS BELOW ]
I've tried many things, Reinstalled several times, cleared cache, history, registry. Restart, Clean, Reinstall, etc in many fashions. Antivirus , spyware etc all up-to date. Only one default Firefox profile. Removed all extensions except ad-block plus.
What exactly is the solution to this problem ? I never had this slow loading issue in previous versions. I've downloaded this setup from official Mozilla download page.
Please try to get me the solution soon. To me, Using chrome in this meanwhile is not comfortable.
Regards.

Those other websites you mentioned sound like tracking websites used for stats, ads, and other things. Akamai is something that commonly shows up when loading Facebook or sites linked to it. Try using an addon like Disconnect to stop websites from tracking you, and see if this helps any.
No. I'm not in any social networking site. And the akamai is not an issue I guess, now and then I see it appearing in chrome too, but it doesnt eat up speed. May be other connections cause the problem. Also tried Disconnect, the problem still persists. Here is a screenshot of the resource monitor , this is what happens when i request for sites Google, gmail and eBay.
