I get 3 extra pages behind my emails and I cannot determine why. The initial email is okay, but if there is something I have to click on in the email these pages open. They are blank and continuance of their page names includes the words 'Not Available'. I can take a screenshot but cannot see where to attach it. Thanking you for your kind assistance.

Below the box where you type, look for "Add images:" and a browse button.

You need to save your screen shot as a graphics file, preferably PNG or GIF.

JPEG files tend to go blurry.

Thank you very much. Even as I type I see that the pages are present so I will attach a screen shot of this actual page. Many thanks for your kind assistance. SReaton

Your screenshot is of a web browser (Google Chrome?)

How does this involve Thunderbird?

For my emails I use Thunderbird but my browser is chrome. I am not good at explaining this I know, but the problem occurs when I have to open another page via the email (like for instance this one and, yes, it opens with my browser and the 3 extra pages are there, as they are as I type this reply, having got to your message via the help feature in Thunderbird. The reason I feel it is a Thunderbird 'thing' is because if I open things in my browser direct this does not happen, only happens opening via an email for which I use Thunderbird. Kind regards SReaton
