Up until now, when I've downloaded a file, the download button displays a dropdown of the downloaded file list, and other features. After updating to v104.0.2, the download button ONLY highlights to signal that files have been downloaded to my download directory, but clicking this button does nothing. Instead, the only way I can access my downloads is by Ctrl-J or clicking on the 3-horiz-lines and select Downloads, which opens a separate dialog box. Why this change? How can I restore the old/standard feature which worked quickly and intuitively?

Password is for a login which was used a couple of days ago now cant be shown and doesn't work anymore even tho no password change occurred. The issue is persistent on all my devices. Other Passwords still work fine.

1 day ago my old ssd die forever with all data, I managed to save some files But for firefox browser I didn't save anything, because my account is sync everyday

When i login to new browser, i enter account, password and wait for sync to recovery history, bookmark, etc 2 days have already passed and I have not recovered anything, as if nothing was ever saved I try contact firefox stuff to give me my last data save on his server but I don't know how to contact them, I had some links that I need and I can't find them anymore

Can you get some information on how to contract them to fix the problem Any kind of information helps me, I searched on google but I don't know what to do anymore Thx

Zoom not working correctly

I'm unable to maximize a specific website (Craigslist state home pages) correctly by zooming. The page opens at 80% zoom, which is too small to read. If I use the mouse wheel or control +, the zoom indicates 90%, but it's so large that only a small part of the text on the page is visible, and 3/4 of the page is blank space. It looks more like 300% even though it says 90%.

I can open the page correctly in full screen using F11 or the double-headed arrow in the upper lefthand corner, but then I don't have access to the menu bar. Is this a problem with Firefox, my computer, or Craigslist? I don't have this problem with any sites except Craigslist home pages.

Solutions I've tried: Clicked on maximize in upper righthand corner; used mousewheel and F11 to change zoom; cleared all cookies and cache, opened in troubleshooting mode, selected "Zoom text only" (made it worse so I deselected it).

Hi! I had the find-it pro malware on my computer. It caused my new tab page to redirect from Firefox Home to find-it pro. I've since used Malwarebytes to remove the virus, but the redirect is still happening. It only happens when I have my new tab page set to Firefox Home, which makes me think that there's something still installed on Firefox that causes an automatic redirect. I don't see any extensions that would be causing it. Is there anything I can do that wouldn't involve refreshing my browser? I don't want to download all of my extensions again. Thanks!

My homepage is Google. When i open it on my desktop (win7) the cursor is automatically in the search bar on that webpage. As i want it to be. My number one function when opening firefox is to search google so that is where i want to start. NOT in the address bar ever.

On my laptop (upgraded to win10) it is in the address bar.

I installed the exact same profile from my desktop to laptop.

I have run it in troubleshoot mode and the issue went away. So i disabled all addons and custom themes but issue still persisted.

I turned off hardware acceleration, no change.

What else could troubleshooting be turning off?

Why does the exact profile work on desktop but not laptop ?

Once again, there seems to be an issue with Firefox and Google services. I cannot click on any links in my Gmail and go anywhere. I cannot search Google. I cannot load YouTube or play any videos. This is the third time this issue has come up in the past month. Please fix it permanently!

If i open the Passwordmanager firefox askes my masterpassword. After entering it correctly the list shown is empty. exporting to file doesn't export. It shows where to export and the filename but nothing is saved.

Logins still work using autofill so the data is still stored somewhere.

Firefox consistantly crashes on

• page load
• interacting with a page before it fully loads
• dynamic pages adding content on scroll

When using the Firefox search bar, it keeps redirecting me to Bing or Yahoo searches. This is odd because I've ensured that my search browser is selected to Google. I have zero extensions or add-ons. To elaborate on the issue for example, if I type "test" in the search bar, it opens up Microsoft Bing search or Yahoo.

Things I have tried: --> Malware/virus scan (0 threats found) --> Refreshed Firefox (problem comes back after 5 minutes) --> Opened Firefox in troubleshoot-mode (problem still occurs) --> Cleared cookies, etc (problem comes back after 5 minutes) --> Uninstalled and re-installed Firefox (problem still occurs)

What is up with 104.0.2 (64-bit)?! It broke Outlook email and today it broke Tumblr. Outlook online had this error message for a few days and the space below photos in Tumblr is usually white, now it's dark; can't read a thing! Both work fine in Chrome and Outlook is finally working again after a few days:

I'm currently trying to log-in on Postman application. This aplication when log-in button is pressed a tab on firefox is open with the postman site log-in. The trouble comes when trying to re-open the tab on another container. It breaks the log-in. To resolve this I would be interesting to some way to choose an specific or default container for new or incoming tabs.

there are websites that have separate subdomains for their different language pages and every time i stumble upon the different language subdomain, it gets locked to that different language on every site possible and it has done this since the beginning of the times itself... and it is of course very annoying, because then i have to delete all of the cookies for that site and log in again etc etc etc...

for example: https://www.osta.ee/ https://www.osta.ee/ru

after i visit the /ru language page, it gets locked to that language and the only way to get back to the normal main page is to delete the cookies...

i'm not even sure if it still does that(it did couple of months ago), but i am not going to test it anyway, because i dont want to get locked to the language that i do not understand....

but you can basically test this with any site that has different pages/subdomains for their different languages etc....

and how can this be fixed then

I am unable to access my Medical Office Simulation Software within Cengage Learning System Message says Document size is not supported, increase browser size or change orientation.Also the message about clearing ad blockers keeps repeating after Ive cleared cookies and cache on all my devices.

Windows 11 Pro 64bit, v.22000. All of a sudden, Firefox goes haywire. Latest is I cannot turn on Open previous windows and tabs in version 104.0.2. The checkbox is simply grayed-out. WHY??? I didn't make any changes - these problems just started on their own. Also, none of my passwords for various websites are automatically available anymore.

I've been using FF for quite some time. Until it started crashing tabs constantly, even just after opening a new tab. I tried disable extensions, but didn't fix it. Then I created a fresh new profile and just used sync. Same results. Chkdsk is fine, no malware. I don't know what else to try.
