Hello, I've followed Firefox's invitation to install and update the browser on my Mac. Unfortunately the new version is not compatible with OS 10 El Capitan, my operating system, so now I can't use Firefox at all. How I do get the old version back?

Dear Community, I love Firefox but here is how fonts now look like on my old MacBook Pro (v10.13.6). Why is this? How can I fix this? My Firefox version is up-to-date. As shown on the screenshots below, on Chrome fonts appear to be normal. Thanks so much for your guidance!

I have consulted https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-restore-my-tabs-last-time. That article says:

-Click on the menu button [three lines at the upper right] to open the menu panel. -Click History. -Click Recently Closed Tabs.

I am using Firefox 95.0.2 for Mac (iOS 10.15.7). There is no "Recently Closed Tabs" option to click after clicking on History per the above instruction. I have saved various files from the time of the crash, in particular "previous.jsonlz4" (a 20.6 MB file, as I had a very large number of tabs open). Is there any way to use this or some other file to restore my old tabs?

I recently updated Mozilla browser for Mac today (version 99.0.1, 64-Bit on April 13, 2022). And now I can not switch between my Gmail accounts that I am signed into (from the top right icon, switch accounts) all it does is load and bring me back to the default account I have set up. It is a bit frustrating since I have to manually log back in everytime and it was so seamless before.

Any help is appreciated.

I cannot find a way to turn off/disable the "AutoFill" setting... it keeps on revealing my email addresses before I've typed them out.

I'm not a fan of these security breeches. Firefox is giving the wrong info online about disabling this feature because each time I try to disable in preferences/privacy... there is no "dropdown menu" whatsoever.

Any help on this matter will be most appreciated.

Hi, I recently installed Firefox 49.0.2 on my mac which is up to date on OS Monterey. When I opened Firefox the browser screen was completely blank. I can see the URL bar and when I move my mouse I can see that there are links on the page which I can click on, but the screen is blank.

I've tried redownloading Firefox as well as other, older versions and they also show a blank screen. Only the browser screen is blank; if I click on add-ons a new tab opens and I can see that.

I recently upgraded to the newest version of Firefox for iOS (version 96.0.2). Is there any way to change the background colors of the Home page and other windows? I find white characters on a dark background hard to read and would prefer black characters on a light background.

Since I upgraded my Mac Air to Firefox crashes on every site needing password since Mac upgrade to Ventura 13.3.1 entura 13.3.1 Firefox crashes every time on any site needing a password. I have got latest Firefox. I have uninstalled and re-installed. No change. Any ideas please?!

I'm on a Mac desktop. Favorite Bookmarks have stopped displaying in View > Toolbars > Bookmarks Toolbars (set either to Show All or Only Show on New Tab. I have verified the favorites are still there in Bookmarks > Bookmarks Toolbar, but when View > Toolbars > Bookmarks Toolbars is opened it displays an empty bar.

When I select "Add Bookmark" from the Bookmark dropdown menu on the menu bar, the popup menu to select the location (folder) to place the bookmark quickly flashes open and closed. The bookmark is created, but it is created in the last place that a bookmark was added. If I am still on that tab and I try to use "Edit Bookmark" from the menu bar to open the pop up it also just flashes up and closes.

If I move away from that tab to another one, and then come back to it, the "Edit Bookmark is not even listed as an option."

Can you please assist.

Fix this bug ASAP - I can't get to any new sites on FF 98.0.1 since it updated yesterday! Need to go to the link I clicked in an email in a new tab. URGENT! On a MacBook Pro. Has worked fine for years, til this update yesterday.

i accidentally installed the latest update not realizing it will not be compatible with my iOS 10.11.6 operating software. Can I reverse this and go bak to using the browser version I was using prior to this update?

Hello, I have a long lasting issue of logging in to my Sony PSN account on Firefox on iOS. When I try to log in, following message (in Czech) shows: Připojení k serveru se nepodařilo navázat (18.758f1402.1637667594.2a7e98ef). It translates something like "Connection to the server was not possible to achieve." The issue is confirmed on Mozilla as on Chrome on the same Mac I do not have this problem. Also I can log throu android app, or Mozilla on android. So Mozilla for iOS is the only one causing the issue. Thank ou for looking into it. If necessary I am available for further questioning or help with investigation. Michal

I bought a new system with latest OS Big Sur, I'm using Firefox v49.1 (required version) for my official purpose. So I installed this version in my Mac and it works smoothly, suddenly it quits and showing crash alert. I reinstalled again and again, but it's not worked. I fed up with this issue. I caused this problem sorry. I was right at the end of receiving money from my invoice when this happened. I was filling in my visa information ,but I was using my bank debit card by mistake and got a shout from PayPal . “Shut it down , Shut it down now, there is something wrong".

From PayPal "Y
