You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

The second crash report is about Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate (VCFFComponent4.dll), so you may have to check that as well.
