On my desktop, when opening a web page that has a list of images with unique URL's that need to be clicked on to view (open), there is, when I return to the web page using the back arrow, a box around the URL just closed. That way I know which URL I just closed. Question is .. what is that called, and how do I get it back? It is no longer there and I don't know what it's called so I can find it in About:config

This is one site for example http://weather.gc.ca/model_forecast/global_e.html

Thanks Charlie

I assume that you mean the focus ring that shows on a selected link.

You can search for browser.display.focus pref on the about:config page and reset user set (bold) browser.display.focus prefs via the right-click context menu to the default value.

In case you want to see this ring more clearly then you can increase the browser.display.focus_ring_width pref to a higher value.
