It is very frustrating. Clearing cookies, cache, private history, ect, tried it all, including using Maintenance (http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/16790/maintenance) on system, only works temp for a few minutes before mouse become unusable again. Track pad and external usb mouse effected..

Before the mouse is unusable there is a 30 sec to a 1 minute delay, then it becomes dead, I have to navigate by using the tab button, or by right clicking everything. Right clicking works perfect!!! Thanks in Advance!!

Hi, me again.

An update: When I updated to Firefox 10 I was elated that it worked like normal, like a browser should. That is immediate responses from clicking the mouse. Then I used the Clear Recent History button - see image the checks seen are the only things I have checked. Now I am back to my original problem, the issues in my first post now exist for Firefox 10.

An another update, I've noticed two further things: 1 - It happens when there are more then 60 tabs open 2 - When there is a youtube tab open, its sure to happen.

Hi, me again, more data.

I have found that some plugins are accessing the internet without my permission.

And when I went into the plug in menu via the addons options through the Tool Menu option, I found the plug ins there.

BUT I never installed those plugins, and now they are there and they are accessing the Internet. Here are two images to show the plug ins disabled and yet another image showing them still accessing the Internet even when disabled.

I then removed them from the system (I did back them up first, just in case).

Another update,

I have just discovered that if you have a max of 2 rows of tabs, with a max of 11 tabs in each row the problem starts again. If you can keep it under 22 tabs total, Firefox works perfect.

You can also have at least 3 windows open with a max of 22 tabs and it Firefox still works perfectly.

I haven't tired 4 windows.
