I upgraded to the latest version, it works fine on the administrator login, but no other users can access Firefox.

Did any of the other users received an update?

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates
(%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox)

I updated it as the administrator. Do I need to download an update for each user? Aren't they all using the same download?

All users use the same Firefox program, but if a user that doesn't have write permission for the Firefox program folder downloads an update then that update may get stuck in the update folder in the location that I mentioned above.

It is also possible that security software is blocking the new Firefox version for other users, so you need to check that as well.

Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

So I gave the user full access rights and restore the defaults on the firewall. The firewall showed Firefox has having all access, but I still can't get one user to access Firefox. I have 3 total users but only one can't use Firefox. Any other ideas?
