Do you mean that you have the Bookmarks in the sidebar or is there a web page opening in the sidebar?
You can toggle the Bookmarks sidebar via View > Sidebar > Bookmarks (Ctrl+B)
Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
