Firefox crashes
I have reported a ton of crash reports the ids for this computer only are shown below. I am also having the same problems with my other 2 computers two of the computers are running win 7 64bit and the other is running win xp these crashes occur whenever i try to access the addon link. on this computer (which is brand new I even reinstalled the original supplied operating system that came with the computer and had the same result with firefox. also I have spent countless hours on the phone with dell to see if it was a problem with my computer they even took over my computer to check the hardware and software and said that everything was operating fine and without errors. any feedback as to other ideas to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated

The crash IDs that you included, unfortunately do not give any results. There are a few other reports of users of 64 bit systems having problems and saying Flash Player may be involved, but not really any concrete proof yet.
I am not sure there any evidence any bug has been identified as yet.
Two problems are known to cause Firefox 6 to crash, malware, and a toolbar called IDvault.

Some exact situation here. Windows 7 64 bit on a Dell (mine is a studio laptop). Reinstalled windows and the problem still exists, Firefox crashes like crazy, especially but not limited to flash sites.
Until the next version is released with a bug fix, I suggest downgrading. ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/
edit: replaced random third-party link. Keep in mind that downgrading to 4.0.* and 5.0.* is not suggested as they are behind on security updates. Only 6.0.2 and 3.6.22 are current.

Heard from Firefox support today they said that the problem is with Comcast Constant Guard or ID Vault. Comcast is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. I uninstalled those programs and updated to the current version of firefox and everything is working fine.. thanks all for the help

Interesting to note therefore that possibly IDvault is causing crashes that do not always generate a signature.
