I simply want to know if I can access Bluetooth on my WindowsXP Service Pack 3 to transfer photos from my mobile phone. If it can be accessed how do I turn it on?

It all depends if your computer has Blue Tooth. I have a HP 2133 Netbook and it has built-in Blue Tooth and it's running XP/SP3 Never tried to download pictures from my phone...sounds like a great idea if it can be done. The phone services want to buy their package.
