My awesome bar is broken (normal pre-awesome bar shows up)
My mother is using a laptop (lenovo t-61 running xp pro) and she has f4 installed, and her awesome bar works. my windows xp pro has f5 installed (just updated) and my awesome bar does not work. i tried disabling all my addons, and nothing worked. i think this problem makes firefox a little less awesome

Make sure that the Location Bar is not set to "Nothing":
- Firefox (Tools) > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: History, Bookmarks, History and Bookmarks
Another possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
