I am getting this response trying to open EPC-netOnline-C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\ewa-net-26.jnlp could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences. How do I do this?
I am running Widows 7 Professional. I am having trouble and can't access the information at this site. (http://startekinfo.com) I have the latest java installed as per the site's instructions and still the program wont run and I get this message...
