Is it possible to look at a webpage in my history from a specific date, without the webpage updating to the current content?
I am in the process of purchasing a new car, and I believe that a vehicle's price suddenly jumped on a car dealer's website. Is there any way that I can, through my browsing history, look at what was on the dealership's web page on the original date I looked at it, without the page uploading the current page? I know it's a long shot, but I thought maybe there was some way to do this. Thank you!

Try viewing that page in the cache.
No, as soon as you revisit a web page then Firefox will store the new version in the cache to replace the previously stored version. So you need to save a copy of the page to your computer if you want access to older versions of pages. You need to be offline (File > Work Offline) in order to make Firefox display the cached version, if present in the cache.
