My emails (AOL) will no longe ropen or load when I use Firefox. They did before, and they will if I use a different browser-why?

AOL usually recommend clearing the cache and deleting AOL cookies if there is a problem accessing their email. To do that see How to clear the Firefox cache and Clear cookies and site data in Firefox.
There are other things that need attention:
