I have designed a web page using spry tabbed menu. It is displayed correctly locally, but not on the server.
The page was designed in Dreamweaver. The page is displayed correctly locally with MF and IE, and on the server with IE, but not Firefox. Not sure what causes it and how to adjust the Firefox settings or my page's properties.

Can you post a link?
Did you check the Tools > Error console for messages?
A good place to ask questions and advice about web development is at the MozillaZine Web Development/Standards Evangelism forum.
The helpers at that forum are more knowledgeable about web development issues. You need to register at the MozillaZine forum site in order to post at that forum.
See http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=25
You need to post a link to the website or post relevant parts of the code.

This page is supposed to have tabs - they work in IE.
See this validation report:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://xray.chem.wisc.edu/SHARE1/www/Facility.html
Line 98, Column 52: there is no attribute "tabindex"
There is a problem with that style sheet.
Firefox doesn't load it because the server sends it with the wrong MIME type.
If I load it manually then the tabs show.
See the Tools > Error Console:
Error: The stylesheet http://xray.chem.wisc.edu/SHARE1/www/SpryAssets/SpryTabbedPanels.css was not loaded because its MIME type, "application/octet-stream", is not "text/css". Source File: http://xray.chem.wisc.edu/SHARE1/www/Facility.html Line: 0
