I have firefox 3.6.8 but some sites are saying I have an earlier version (2.0.0.8). Thanks.
SItes such as youtube report I have an outdated browser and I recently attempted to download a VLC plug-in which reported I had firefox 2.0.0.8. However, the "about" section states I have 3.6.8

Me again. Now I'm seeing I have 2.0.0.3. Even this webpage is showing I have an old version. I may have been mistaken about the 2.0.0.8 part, I gues it must have said 2.0.0.3, sorry about that. At any rate, what's going on???
Right-click -> reset any bold user set prefs in about:config (type it into the address bar) when you filter for useragent
