I want to enable/disable cookies. the help menu tells me how but I can't get to firefox tools. Google covers up everything
The only tools button I can see is Google's, and that doesn't help.

Did you hide the Menu bar?
Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
