i now have trouble with scans. when i scan a sheet it does not register under scans. previously i would scan and then when i went to attach the scan to a message i would click on attach and the scan would appear and i would then click agan to attach. now

Firefox is not a scanner program nor is it an email program, so your problem depends on what site you are using for email. What site are you using?
