Hi, My Mozilla Firework crashed and I can't open it at all. I have really important information there that I need access to ASAP. Everything is lost and I can't access it. I have some sort of cloud next to the Mozilla Icon and I have no idea what it means. Please, respond as soon as you see, as I really need your support/help regarding this matter. I can't believe that all documents can be lost just like that. Thank you.
