Please find a way to help us restore session once lost. Going into Library retrieving and copying should not be the only way - and times history is gone.

Is there not an easier way to create a daily back-up withing Firefox to simply hit 'Restore' ?

This is extremely time consuming - when multiple history is lost while researching. There MUST be an easier way to help us with this ongoing issue. Thank you for my current headache, and loss of time.

I recommend running more than 1 version of Firefox or also run Waterfox. This way the 1 browser will see the the tab history of the other browser. If one goes BOOM, you can send the tabs from the other browser.

I was reading your issue and saw the update for 110. I was a wittle concerned, but after updating, my tabs were restored. What do you have set in these settings? see screenshots

Note that on Mac closing Firefox can be more complicated because you can close all open windows, but keep Firefox running with the menu bar visible or minimized in the Doc.

Make sure to use "Quit Firefox" with all windows still open, especially if you want to use "Restore Previous Session". Otherwise check "History -> Restore Previous Session" and "History -> Recently Closed Tabs/Windows".
