Memory leak when playing music in Deezer

I leave Deezer playing in the background most of the day. When I first open Firefox, active memory usage is low, but it creeps up when Deezer is playing. When Deezer is not in use, active memory usage by Firefox goes much more slowly, if at all. When I close and reopen Firefox, active memory usage goes way down before climbing slowly.

I suspect Deezer is doing something weird, but I can't fix it myself, and I don't really understand the behavior well enough to explain what needs to be done. I'm open to pushing the issue with them, but that doesn't help in the short-term.

I've tried "minimize memory usage" in about:memory and it seems to help a bit... I think... but switching to that tab every hour or two to press the button is hardly a way to live.

Is there a way to periodically automate this process, or otherwise have Firefox help me manage this memory leak?
