Problems with faulty Log-in pop-up
HI. My account on Firefox BROWSER is being and staying disconnected. I get a pop-up login message (attached) - but as I fill it correctly it just repeats and recycles. I never actually get to connect browser and account.
I do have acces to my account via Mozillas main website gateway - so the login is correct. But that doesn't repair the browser issue.
MAC OS X 12.2.1 and MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Thanks for any suggestions to fix this.

I have cleared cookies and cache, but it didn't resolve the issue, so the browser stays disconnected from the account.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
