computer always HANGS UPON opening cpu.
Cursor doesn't move/open, etc. until I CNTL/ALT/DEL opens TASK MANAGER TO REMOVE firefox/mozilla. Any suggestions?

Are you saying opening Firefox freezes the system?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
