Strange problem - how to install Firefox again?

no more Firefox since yesterday :-(
Strange Problem. Suddenly no link functioned (Sound "pupup") Firefox freezes :-( Close and ... Firefox
didn't start :-( Boot ... same reaction!
Saving Firefox-Profile and deinstall/install with newest install from Mozilla! And what happened?
Install creates "c:\program files\mozilla firefox", ignoring my system 64-bit!? No profile under
"c:\users\&user\appdata\roaming\mozilla"! Icon on desktop.
How can I install Firefox again? Installing without virusscanner and firewall, all tested!
In the moment on the way with Chrome ...

Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;
Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.
If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.

Install Older Version Of Firefox {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders

Do Not remove any profile folders.
