So I reinstalled Windows and forgot to save/import settings, but my phone still does. Is there anything I can do to move everything from my phone to my laptop? I see nothing on my phone that suggests that I can other than syncing to desktop and my desktop is not restoring, even tho it says 11 bookmarks, it's still default.

Desperate cry for help.
