I use a windows manager to quickly scale windows so they fit either the left or right side of my screen. The tool I use is called Magnet (https://magnet.crowdcafe.com/). It's great and so far it works with every app I use except for Firefox. I often find that a part of the window is hidden out of sight or it ends up at a random location after trying to resize it. The Magnet website mentions that the tools only works with standard resizable windows ("Magnet can handle all standard resizable windows in OS X for you. Magnet can not do anything with non-standard windows used by some developers".) Does anyone experience the same issues? Any workaround?
