I do surveys with Nicequest & have been invited to join the Premium BUT when I try I get this message: The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure. I don't know what to do. I am running the latest Firefox 67.0.2 but am not at all computer literate so would be very grateful for some help. Thanks Anne
